Aisha Hinds
Aisha Jamila is a famous American actress, best famous for her appearances in the television shows "The Shield" as well as "True Blood'. She has shown her versatility throughout her television debut as a character in the year 2003. Her acting performances have been outstanding in series like "9-1-1", "Detroit 1-8-7" as well as "Under the Dome". The role she played in the 2005 film 'Assault on Precinct 13" playing Anna was the first role to grab her notice. It was however her portrayal of women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer on the biographical film "All the way" that made her famous as an actress. Her portrayal of Harriet Tubman on WGN America's"Underground," an historical drama, was also extremely praised. She currently stars on the procedural drama series '9-1-1' in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta "Hen" Wilson. The series was renewed for a third season by 20th Century Fox Television. Recently, Hind wrapped filming for the Hollywood film 'Godzilla: King of the Monsters' due to release mid-2019.
